Role Overview
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for individuals eager to master content marketing, organic sales, client relations, and business operations in a real startup environment.
You’ll act as the growth engine trainee—creating value every day through targeted content, smart outreach, and hands-on business execution.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Content Marketing

Design and schedule daily social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) using Canva or similar tools.

Write 5 daily blog posts on exploding tech topics (AI, SaaS, startup trends, cybersecurity, etc.) to drive traffic to blog.cyberei.com.

Research keywords and trends for SEO optimization using tools like Ubersuggest or Google Trends.

Contribute ideas for viral or evergreen content to boost domain authority.
Sales & Client Acquisition

Perform daily outbound reach-outs to 50+ prospects via LinkedIn, Google, and email.

Use sales scripts to convert leads for website & App Development Packages.

Track performance KPIs like lead response rate, appointments booked, and conversions.

Maintain warm and cold leads in CRM tools (Google Sheets, HubSpot or equivalent).
Business Operations & Client Management

Follow up with prospects, send proposals, and close deals with guidance.

Maintain a healthy client pipeline, achieve monthly revenue goals, and assist in onboarding.

Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure timely project delivery.

Update daily performance, insights, and challenges in the team tracker.
