  5. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, such as project managers and developers, to ensure seamless project delivery, manage client expectations, and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
  6. Upselling and Renewals: Identify and capitalize on upselling and renewal opportunities within the existing client base, maximizing revenue potential.
  7. Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  8. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on account activities, revenue forecasts, and client satisfaction levels to the management team.
  9. Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities and improve account management strategies.
  10. Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within Cyberei Technologies, ensuring that client feedback is communicated internally and appropriate actions are taken to address their needs and concerns.
